PICSEP services can include the following phases: Intake, Assessment, Soft and Hard Employment Skills Development, Interview Practice, Interview Assistance, Assistive Aides or Technology Development, On-boarding Assistance, Orientation Assistance, Job Task Analysis, Intensive Job Training, Development of Natural Supports, Job Retention Services, as well as Long-Term Follow-Along. PIC is also an (EN) Employment Network for Social Security's Ticket to Work Program.
